A guide to Enable New Zealand's processing times for Bands 1, 2 and 3 equipment and specialised equipment.

Band 1 equipment

Band 1 equipment is provided within 5 working days. This is a requirement under the Ministry of Health contract.

Band 2 and 3 equipment

Enable New Zealand aims to provide these items within 15 working days. The Ministry does not specify a time frame for Band 2 and Band 3 equipment.

Specialised equipment to be modified or refurbished

Modifications or refurbishments generally take more than 15 working days. EMS advice, warehouse stock checks, parts etc may be required.
