Why is my supervisor not receiving my request for approval?

If you (EMS assessor) have provisional accreditation that requires your supervisor to approve your Service Requests, RTL should send them an email. 

If your supervisor is not receiving an email, check your EMS Assessor Online account to ensure your information is up to date.

If you make any changes, it may take up to 48 hours for these changes to be updated.
